An above-target bonus and an enhanced stock award boosted ±Ê±ð°ù´Ú¾±³¦¾±±ð²Ô³ÙÌýChief Executive Jeffrey Davis' pay 37 percent last year to $5.15 million.
Davis' salary rose 4 percent to $621,683 and his bonus of $1.36 million was 109 percent of the target amount, which is based on profits. Details of his compensation are in a  filed Wednesday.
The CEO's was just 35.7 percent of target.
Perficient, a technology consulting firm based in Town and Country, says it boosted Davis' stock-based compensation to five times his salary, from four times salary, to be competitive with peer-group companies. His 2018 stock award was worth $3.1 million.

Davis' perquisites included life and disability insurance premiums of $38,682 and a cell phone allowance of $1,553.
The company calculated median pay of $94,881 for its 3,013 employees, so Davis made 54 times as much as a typical worker.
Perficient's earnings per share, excluding unusual items, rose 83 percent last year and its share price climbed 17 percent.
