Rhiannon is a 20-year-old quarter horse who came to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in January as an owner surrender. Upon her arrival and after examination by a veterinarian, the team discovered she had an older injury to a joint in her leg that led to advanced arthritis. Because of this, she cannot be comfortable being ridden but has enjoyed being a pasture pet at the ranch. She is an easy keeper and gets along with mares and geldings, although she is the boss of her herd.Ìý
