ST. LOUIS — Among other damage, the March 14 tornadoes that plowed through the area from Franklin County, Missouri, to Clinton County, Illinois, left the Purina Incredible Dog Team without a place to perform.
Until now.
Purina officials announced that the talented team of canines will have a summer residency at Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Union Station while they wait for their permanent home to be repaired or replaced.
The dogs will put on their show of high-flying acts of derring-do and athletic skill at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays through the end of September. The shows will be at the station’s Purina Performance Plaza near the Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Wheel Park.
The 13 tornadoes that hit Missouri and Illinois that night caused widespread damage and destruction. A 43-year-old woman from Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ County and a 51-year-old woman from St. Charles were among the storm system’s 12 victims throughout the state.
