ST. LOUIS — An engineering firm that worked on several Green Street Real Estate Ventures projects has won a more than $200,000 settlement against the troubled Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ developer.
Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Circuit Court Judge Katherine Fowler on Monday awarded Creve Coeur-based Alper Audi $266,422 for unpaid work, attorneys’ fees and interest.
The company had worked on Green Street’s new apartment complex, The Rail, in Forest Park Southeast and an apartment development near the Armory entertainment venue, among other projects.

Neither Alper Audi lawyers nor Green Street Principal Phil Hulse immediately responded to requests for comment.
The settlement comes nearly two years after Alper Audi first sued Green Street and HDA Architects, a design firm the developer owned at the time but which has since spun off as HDA Design.
