ӣƵ-area residents recovering from tornado damage could face a new challenge beginning Sunday night.
The National Weather Service says there’s a chance of severe thunderstorms for central Missouri, with a threat of hail and damaging wind.
While those storms are expected to weaken as they move east, ӣƵ could see heavy rainfall stretching into Monday morning.
There’s another chance for severe thunderstorms in ӣƵ starting Monday afternoon into Monday evening, .
“All hazards will be possible during this time period including heavy rain. The rain is likely to continue into Monday night.”
