County Council Chair Shalonda Webb wanted County Executive Sam Page to testify at a hearing over long-delayed federal pandemic relief money owed to Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ County nonprofits. No one showed.
The county also unfairly changed its evaluation metrics in the middle of the bidding process, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield claims.
If the County Council approves Page's idea, it would mark the end of a nearly two-year feud between the county's top two elected officials.
