Here is a simple suggestion to balance the budget. First, don't mess with Medicaid, Medicare or Social Security. Just let the 2017 Trump tax cut for billionaires expire as it was designed to do. If that isn't enough to balance the budget, then enact a small tax increase, preferably weighted towards the aforementioned billionaires.
