ST. LOUIS — ӣÌÒÊÓÆµ police are asking victims to come forward after a video surfaced of a man throwing lit fireworks at bystanders and bar patrons in downtown Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ.
In the video, a man appears to throw fireworks under a partially closed garage door and into a crowded patio at The Wheelhouse on Spruce Street downtown before running away.
Another scene shows the man throwing lit fireworks from a moving car at people on the sidewalk.
In another, he is on foot and throws a lit firework at a crowd of people gathered on the sidewalk at the corner of Washington Avenue and 13th Street downtown, eliciting screams and sending people running as police sirens blared nearby in the background.
The video was on July 6, but it's unclear when it took place.

Police say they've begun a bomb and arson investigation, which remains ongoing.
